Engomio only uses cookies that are strictly necessary to provide the service you request. We do not use analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies, so no consent banner is needed.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Ours are "first-party" (set by the site you are visiting), only readable by our servers and never used to follow you across other sites.
2. Cookies we use
Each laundry site stores its own cookies; they are never shared between laundries.

3. Online payments
When you pay online you are redirected to Stripe Checkout, which sets its own cookies on Stripe's domain under Stripe's cookie policy, for example to prevent fraud.
4. How to control cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block these cookies you will not be able to sign in or keep your language choice.
