Questions, answered

What is a credit?

Credits are your laundry's own currency. Customers prepay for a package of credits and every garment type costs a number of credits — for example a shirt is 1 credit and a double duvet is 4.

Can I have more than one shop?

Yes. Add as many branches as you need. Customers and their credits are shared across branches, while orders, payments and the daily close are tracked per branch.

What can my employees see?

Employees only work in the branches you assign to them. Administrators manage prices, packages, users, refunds and settings for the whole laundry.

How do online payments work?

Connect your own Stripe account in a few clicks. Customers pay by card, MB WAY or Multibanco and the money goes straight to you. Credits appear as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Where is my data stored?

In the European Union. You can export or anonymise any customer's data at any time.
